Life presents challenges that can sometimes feel overwhelming. Seeking support is a meaningful and courageous step toward healing and personal growth.

As a perinatal mental health therapist, I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy for mothers and their partners during pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into parenthood. I  also support mothers experiencing perinatal anxiety and depression, birth trauma, infertility, pregnancy and infant loss, and the many emotional adjustments that come with growing a family.  Becoming a parent can be one of the most meaningful experiences of your life—but it can also be one of the most overwhelming. If you're feeling anxious, emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or not like yourself, you're not alone. You don't have to navigate these challenges by yourself.

As a trauma therapist, My role is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can move at  your own pace. Together, we work to understand the impact of trauma, develop healthy coping strategies, process difficult experiences, and reconnect with your strengths. 

My goal is to provide a space where you feel genuinely seen, supported, and understood. Together, we'll explore your experiences, build practical coping strategies, and help you move toward healing with confidence and self-compassion. I believe that asking for support is a sign of strength, and it is my privilege to walk alongside you on your journey toward wellness.
