Becoming a parent can be one of the most meaningful experiences of your life—but it can also be one of the most overwhelming. If you're feeling anxious, emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or not like yourself, you're not alone. You don't have to navigate these challenges by yourself.

As a perinatal mental health counselor and licensed clinical social worker, I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy for individuals and families during pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into parenthood. I specialize in supporting clients experiencing perinatal anxiety and depression, birth trauma, infertility, pregnancy and infant loss, and the many emotional adjustments that come with growing a family.

My goal is to provide a space where you feel genuinely seen, supported, and understood. Together, we'll explore your experiences, build practical coping strategies, and help you move toward healing with confidence and self-compassion.
